working out

ive been working out at the gym also since the semester started. its great i really enjoy it...its time to myself away from the phone computer other people i can be by myself and have me time:D


anyone know of good healty food i should be eating though?


cuz i kno for a fact i havent been eating the best and to make this whole work out thing better i should be eating better


so ya any ideas would be nice

Chinese with vegies is always good and it's inexpensive...but while you are on campus, invest in a food card...get daddy to pony up some dough and then eat some healthy stuff there.

I have a ton of ideas...Try to cut back on anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup (read the label under ingredients). One soda a day! Eat fruits and veggies, and fish (yes fish). Canned tuna counts! More later...

healthy food? yeah. i never knew this... all i thought was brown bread, pasta etc had more fibre than white... it's not just that it has loads more vitamins as well so go brown!
also try steaming veg instead of boiling - that is good
broccoli is the best veg esp if you can't stand cabbage...

thank you gledwood this may be a stupid question but how excatly do you steam veggies...lol...and i have been craving beef and brocolli for a looooong time lately:D...lol...
